Ms. Jatu Abdulai is a licensed pharmacist and experienced supply chain professional currently serving as the Managing Director of the National Medical Supplies Agency (NMSA). Her appointment follows a progressive trajectory within the Agency, where she previously held the roles of Operations Director, Deputy Managing Director (2023), and Acting Managing Director (from May 2024 until her confirmation).

Since joining NMSA at its inception in 2019, Ms. Abdulai has played an instrumental role in shaping its operational systems and strategic direction. Her leadership has been central to enhancing the efficiency of Sierra Leone’s public health supply chain, ensuring the availability and accessibility of essential medicines and medical supplies across the country.

Ms. Abdulai is deeply committed to improving health outcomes in Sierra Leone through transparent, data-driven, and patient-centered supply chain systems. Her practical experience and technical expertise continue to contribute to the strengthening of national health service delivery.
