Dr. Denis Sandy is the Minister of Works and Public Assets, appointed following his tenure as Minister of Lands and Country Planning. A specialist in urban planning, land management, and public administration, he brings extensive experience to Sierra Leone’s infrastructure development and asset management efforts.
He holds advanced degrees in Urban Planning and Public Administration, and has applied this expertise to national development initiatives with a focus on sustainable land use and strategic infrastructure planning.
