Mr. Joseph Munda Bindi is a seasoned public administrator and civic educator with a longstanding commitment to promoting democratic values, good governance, and citizen engagement in Sierra Leone. He currently serves as Chairman of the National Council for Civic Education and Democracy (NaCCED), where he provides strategic leadership in advancing the Council’s mandate to foster civic awareness and democratic participation across the country.
With a professional background rooted in public service and governance, Mr. Bindi has consistently demonstrated a strong understanding of the civic landscape and the role of informed citizenry in nation-building.
